Two ways in. Continue with Google is one click and confirms your address automatically. Or use email and password — at least eight characters. If you forget it, reset your password from the sign-in form; the link lasts an hour and works once.
Signing in with Google on an address that already has a password account joins them together rather than creating a second one.
Start from Host an Event. Two separate settings decide who gets in, and mixing them up is the usual mistake:
New events start Private and invite-only, so nothing goes public by accident. Set a capacity and anyone beyond it moves to a waitlist. On the day, check people in from the organizer panel.
Anyone signed in can create one from Communities, and whoever creates it becomes its founding society admin.
Each community keeps its own clinical cases, guidelines, announcements, job board, research, mentorship, CME wallet, member directory and org chart — and admins can switch off whichever modules the group does not use. Cases can be posted anonymously, and a community can require moderation before they publish.
A verified badgemeans an administrator has checked that person's credentials. It is not something you can set yourself, and it carries no extra permissions — it is context for weighing an answer, nothing more.
